The Call (Korean: ; RR: Kol), directed by Lee Chung-hyun and starring Park Shin-hye and Jeon Jong-seo, is a 2020 South Korean psychological thriller film. The conversation is based on the 2011 British and Puerto Rican film The Caller and follows Seo-yeon (Park Shin-hye) and Young-sook (Jeon Jong-seo), two women from different eras who unite via a phone conversation that transforms their lives. The film was supposed to be released in theatres, but it was cancelled owing of the COVID-19 epidemic.[1] It will be available on Netflix worldwide on November 27, 2020.[1]
